Drafted Commerce is not affiliated with Amazon or any other Third-Party Platform. You acknowledge that your use of Third-Party Platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must be 18 years or older to use the Services.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and update it as needed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
• Unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Drafted Commerce immediately.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

4.1 Subscription & Renewal

• Some Services require a paid subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You authorize Drafted Commerce to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.
• If payment fails, your account may be suspended or terminated.

4.2 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Users who cancel within seven (7) days of their first purchase may be eligible for a full refund.
• No Subscription Pausing: Users may not pause their subscription. To stop billing, the subscription must be canceled.

4.3 Late Fees & Non-Payment

• Unpaid accounts will be considered delinquent after 30 days.
• Drafted Commerce reserves the right to assess a 1.5% late fee per month and to suspend or terminate delinquent accounts.
• Users are responsible for any collection or legal fees incurred by Drafted Commerce in recovering unpaid amounts.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes related to your Amazon or e-commerce operations.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the Services.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services.
• Use the Services to spam, scrape, or collect unauthorized data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or interfere with other users.
• Violate any applicable laws or Amazon's terms of service.
• Republish material from Drafted Commerce
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Drafted Commerce
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Drafted Commerce
